I’m really disappointed after reading all the good reviews, I took the plunge and ordered the silver option. Can’t fault the delivery, as it arrived the next day but the necklace itself was all tangled up in the bag and all tarnished and dull, not shiny like in the photos. On trying to untangle it, it broke. I’m hoping Seola are going to sort this for he as it wasn’t cheap.
Love the necklace itself so much so I bought 2 as gifts but was disappointed that I only received one box with both in it and only one cleaning cloth which isn’t what I expected and makes it difficult to gift !
